Terms:
- Cash.
- Bank Cheque.
- Credit Card (+ 5%) on pickup of goods.
- Minimum of two hours per job.
- Charges are depot to depot unless stated.
Conditions:
We are not common carriers and our terms and conditions are in accordance with the 1988 current Australian Standard removal and storage contract .Your goods are covered only for transit damage if the load is totally lost through Fire, Collision or Overturning to a maximum cover of $50,000. A $500 excess is applicable on any claim. Insurance for accidental damages is highly recommended and an Associated Marine policy is attached for your consideration. All payments and dealings are direct with Associated Marine.
Insurance:
Regardless of any contractual rights you may have against any company undertaking the removal of your items, there are many circumstances in which the removalists will not be liable for loss or damage to your goods - e.g. damage as a result of an accident.
All Risk insurance, and or Storage insurance, will assist you in the event of any claim for broken or damaged goods. Below are a couple of links to well known insurance brokers located in Melbourne.

All goods must be insured by the client 24 hours prior to the move, otherwise we will deem that the client does not require insurance and proceed accordingly.
